How Delivery Works
Place your order
Browse through the online store, select some delicious meats and meals and select your preferred delivery day. Process your order through the checkout.
We prepare it
We’ll process your order, flash freeze it, and pack it in one of our cold boxes (it can last without refrigeration for up to 4 hours).
Pick Up or Delivery
We have the option for Click and Collect in store or delivery straight to your door. Delivery days are determined by your location.
Delivery FAQs
To change your delivery or billing address, simply login to your account via the top right button, scroll down to ‘Address Book’ and select the blue hyperlink to edit and update your address.
No, you do not need to be present for the delivery, since we deliver our orders in cold boxes that can last for up to 4 hours without refrigeration.
We are happy to leave the order at your home or business premises, however, if you request to be present for the delivery, we will not leave it unattended.
We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, anytime between 12pm and 4pm. Orders that are received before 9pm on Monday and 9pm on Thursday will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm the following day.

Delivery is free of charge, and is only available for orders over $100.
