A delicious combo of beef, red wine, onions and mushrooms, with a hint of rosemary. This ready-to-cook beef bourguignon is the perfect winter warmer!

Instructions:

  1. Heat 20ml of oil in a large, heavy-based pan. Add beef mixture and cook, stirring over high heat, for 5 mins until lightly browned.
  2. Reduce heat to low. Add a 400g can of diced tomatoes.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is tender.
  4. Serve with piping hot mashed potato and steamed green vegetables!
