This tasty curry is creamy, delicious and comforting. The perfect quick and easy meal for a cold night!
- Stir mixture in a large non-stick pan for 5 minutes over high heat, until meat is browned.
- Reduce heat to low. Add 400g of diced tomatoes and ½ a cup of water.
- Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is tender and sauce has thickened. If desired, add fresh green beans during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with steamed rice and a dollop of natural yoghurt. Naan or roti bread also taste fantastic with this curry!
