Chicken Recipes: Honey Soy Chicken with Lime and Chilli Salad
- 500g Carina North Quality Gluten Free Honey Soy Chicken Breast Kebabs
- 1 long green chilli, finely chopped
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 corn cobs
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ sweet crunch lettuce, chopped
- fresh coriander leaves
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Step 1: Place corn into boiling water. Leave to boil in saucepan for 3-10 minutes or until corn kernels are tender.
Step 2: Heat a barbeque grill on medium-high heat. Add kebabs and corn. Cook kebabs on each side until brown and cooked right through. Cook the corn cob also on each side until it begins to turn brown. Once done, place kebabs and corn on a plate and wrap in foil. Leave to cool.
Step 3: Grab the corn and shred the kernels off the cob using a sharp knife into a large bowl.
Step 4: Combine the chilli, onion, lettuce, coriander and avocado into the large bowl. Drizzle salad with lime just and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add Honey Soy Chicken Kebabs on top of serving. Enjoy.
