Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 grass fed eye fillet steak

How to cook the perfect eye fillet steak: method

Step 1: season steak with salt, oil and pepper
Step 2: Set stovetop to medium-high heat
Step 3: cook for 3 minutes on each side (depending on your preference)
Step 4: melt garlic-infused butter on steak
Step 5: serve with fresh rosemary
