Chicken Recipes: Easy Baked Buffalo Wings
– 12 Carina North Quality Chicken Wings
– ¾ cup all purpose flour
– ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon of cayenne powder
– ½ cup of melted butter
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ cup of hot sauce
Easy Baked Buffalo Wings – Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Add garlic powder, cayenne powder, all purpose flour and salt into resealable bag and mix well.
Step 3: Add chicken wings into the bag and mix the chicken into the flour mixture well.
Step 4: Place the coated wings into a baking sheet and put into refrigerator. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5: Add butter and hot sauce together in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Step 6: Dip chicken wings into the butter mixture, and place back to baking sheet. Put in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and is crispy on the outside. Turn wings over so they can cook evenly.
